The Passion of the Fret is a humor site compiling various factoids, personal observations, and newsy type news in easy-to-digest, tasty articles. With a new and improved blend of herbs and spices, you will laugh till your ribs hurt and you can no longer breath.* Articles are published every few days with a mission to travel down your esophagus and possess your body with uncontrollable laughter until you piss yourself and develop a sullen hatred towards its author.**As well as diarrhea of the most hilarious kind.
The Passion of the Fret is a new site launched on July 2014 by me, Axel Frets, comedy writer and guitarist. As such, content is limited thus far. Do not worry, for I am in the polar north actively constructing a sweatshop and gathering elves to work as content generators. What's ethics?

Why I Run This Blog
__________________
I created The Passion of the Fret as a way to posit cool information and useful insight in a humorous way. Cracked.com is a huge source of inspiration for me. The writers that publish articles there are some of the funniest guys I know, and I hope I can make people laugh as much as they do. I lay out most articles in a similar fashion as seen on Cracked.com, with unique content embellished by pictures and funny captions.
Content is first and foremost on The Passion of the Fret. I take time and effort to research, write, and edit articles. Some articles can take me several days to publish. But I feel it's all worth it so long as the people that read them feel happier doing so.
This Blog Needs You!

My main mission is to gain a following of loyal readers. Making money and becoming the next big blog would be nice and all, but what's most important to me is people liking my articles enough to keep coming back for more.
Full disclosure. Since this is a new site, the fan base has room to grow. It would help me out so much if you could recommend this site. Be it by tweeting, sharing on Facebook, submitting on Digg, Stumbling it, etc.... It'd be the best thing ever to have a community of readers!
Following me on Google+ or subscribing to my posts would be most bodacious!
I also welcome guest posts. If you like what this blog is about and feel like publishing a funny article, contact me here!
